Collective bargaining
Collective bargaining, undertaken by business chiefs and workers exercising their independent free will, is the true source of Labour Law. Thus, collective bargaining agreements are an expression of an agreement reached following a bargaining process in which each party legitimately defends its own interests.
By sharing their collective bargaining agreement with all business chiefs and workers, they make known the rights and duties that govern their labour relations, in a framework of modern relations satisfying to everyone.
